5 Minute Random –

Don’t hate, get upset, disgruntled or walk away from God because of the troubles you face everyday …..Leaving CHRIST should be the VERY last thing on your mind – Trouble don’t last always – even when it FEELS like it – I feel it too!

However, the Bible said that you will have troubles , but your Heavenly and lovely Father Jesus promised that He will never leave you lost in them . He is with you . Believe that God is faithful , and if you lost something , HE WILL GIVE YOU SOMETHING BETTER . I can say this with every part of me because I lost not many but dear things to me , and God didn’t betray me . I gained the double ..

Why are you too sad ?The Lord said ” I will repay you” in His Bible . He also said that whatever comes out from His mouth must be done . Believe in Him and put all your trust in Him because He is not like the people you meet , who say ”will do” but never do .

This is a time for your trials and tribulations NOT to become in vain..

God bless you!!!!

It is possible for us to ‘lose’ our peace, even after being saved, like if we get angry or afraid. When this happens, it is primarily our fault, if we are supposed to be accountable to ourselves, though other people can play a role in it. When Jesus said that He gives us His peace, He covered us in these regards. So that if we lose our peace, we may still have His peace, and also use His peace to help get our own back.

Peace is not tranquility, it is not serenity, and it is not being calm. It is actually the desire of joy having been accomplished, just as joy is the desire of love having been accomplished. Tranquility is temporal, and serenity actually involves what is around us more than what is inside of us. Tranquility is temporal, because it is like a drug that is injected into us, hence the meaning of the suffix ‘quil,’ just like a porchipine’s quils. Serenity has to do with a peaceful atmosphere. Not that tranquility or serenity are bad things, they just aren’t the fullness of what peace is.

My face looks like how some people’s mind may be thinking as they are reading this Babbling Blog!!!!!! But this isn’t really confusing, it’s just kind of technical!!…… LOL

In looking at the fruit of the Spirit, love, joy, and peace are as love, faith, and hope. Showing a simlarity between peace and hope. The first three fruits of the Spirit are actually nouns, while the next three deal with what you get when the first three are accomplished. Together, love, joy, and peace can all be found in the spirit, while patience, kindness, and goodness may be found in the soul; leaving faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control to be found in the body.

{spirit: love, joy, peace soul: patience, kindness, goodness, body: faithfulness, gentleness, self-control}

The last three fruits of the Spirit have to do with how to come into possessing the first six, in preceding order. This is true just as what Paul was talking about in Romans 7 about knowing how to perform what is good is all about the body, just as he said that sin was in his flesh, and that it was no longer him who was sinning, but sin itself. And thus is it also true that the soul enters in, as we wholly walk in the Spirit, and not in the flesh, just as we may still sin, but through faith our insides aren’t sinning, our outsides are.

If the last three fruits of the Spirit deal with the body, and if peace also deals with the body (love, joy, peace; spirit, soul, body; love, faith, hope- showing how peace, the body, and hope are connected), then peace is also how to come into possessing love and joy.

Goodness then helps us keep our peace, as goodness can show us how to possess patience and kindness, just as goodness also deals with how to possess the preceding fruits of the Spirit, as goodness has to do with the body and hope.

Needing Enemies….

wpid-20121227_074656.jpg

Yes, the title is correct! We need a few enemies to keep us balanced….we need a few enemies to make sure that we maintain a prayer life…. Remember that no matter how it hurt, or how they judge you, never become a prisoner of the past, but a pioneer of the future…

Accepting the call to a life of service means accepting delayed gratification. This means that that you will work but you may not get paid “right now” but in the end your rewards will be well worth it.

Running with that ram in the bush faith! Doing what God commands without a second thought, closing my mind to doubt and ears to doubters! Closing my natural eyes and running full speed ahead by faith! If I do nothing but right……I can’t possibly go wrong!

We the People…..

We stand accepted among God‘s elect.Romans 11:5Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace. , 19: “Even so then, at this present time there is a remnant according to the election of grace . . . Because of unbelief they [disobedient Israelites] were broken off, and you stand by faith”  (see also 2 Corinthians 1:24Not for that we have dominion over your faith, but are helpers of your joy: for by faith ye stand..

We obey God.Hebrews 11:8By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went.   “By faith  Abraham obeyed . . .”

We conduct ourselves as God directs—not according to our own perception.2 Corinthians 5:7(For we walk by faith, not by sight:) : “For we walk by faith,  not by sight.”

We come confidently before God.Ephesians 3:12In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him. : “. . . In whom [Christ] we have boldness and access with confidence through faith  in Him.”

We expect and experience miracles.  Matthew 17:20And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you. .: “For assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith  as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you” (see also Mark 9:23Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth. ).

We are healed.Acts 3:16And his name through faith in his name hath made this man strong, whom ye see and know: yea, the faith which is by him hath given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all. :

“And His [Jesus’] name, through faith  in His name, has made this man strong . . . Yes, the faith  which comes through Him has given  him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all” (compare Mark 5:34And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be whole of thy plague. ; James 5:15And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. ).

We have courage to endure trials and receive God’s promises.Hebrews 11:33-34 [33] Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions, [34] Quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the armies of the aliens.
“. . . Who through faith  subdued kingdoms, worked righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions, quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong . . .”

We overcome the world.1 John 5:4For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. : “And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith.”

We inherit the promises of God.Hebrews 6:12That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.  “. . . That you do not become sluggish, but imitate those who through faith  and patience inherit the promises.”

We ultimately receive salvation.1 Peter 1:7-9 [7] That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ: [8] Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory: [9] Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.
That the genuineness of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes, though it is tested by fire, may be found to praise, honor, and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ, whom having not seen you love. Though now you do not see Him, yet believing,  you rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory, receiving the end of your faith —the salvation of your souls.”

We are given eternal life.John 3:16For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes  in Him should not perish but have everlasting life” (see also verse 15).

Affirmation of Faith

I believe the Bible to be the inspired and only infallible written Word of God.I believe that there is One God, eternally existent in three Persons; God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.I believe in the Blessed Hope, which is the rapture of the Church of God, which is in Christat His return.I believe that the only means of being cleansed from sin, is through repentance, faith in the precious Blood of JesusChrist and being baptized in water.I believe that regeneration by the Holy Ghost is absolutely essential for personal salvation.I believe that the redemptive work of Christ on the Cross provides healing for the human body in answer to believing in prayer.

I believe that the baptism in the Holy Ghost, according to Acts 2:4, is given to believers who ask for it.

I believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling, the Christian is enabled to live a Holy and separated life in this present world,

Getting Along With Others

Learn to Get Along with God‘s People

“I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called, with all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love; endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.” (Eph. 4:1-3)

The best way to get along with people is to WANT to get along with them. Satan delights in reaching our hearts through our old nature and causing us to look for sins and faults among God’s people. Remember, it is SATAN who accuses the brethren, NOT YOU (Rev. 12:10). A sensitive and touchy spirit is not the Holy Spirit. “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.” (Gal. 5:22-23) We need to work hard and really try to get along with the brethren. Consider these fourteen items from God’s word:

  • 1. Love one another – John 15:12, 17
  • 2. Confess faults to one another – Jas 5:16
  • 3. Pray for one another – Jas 5:16
  • 4. Prefer one another – Rom 12:10
  • 5. Receive one another – Rom 5:7
  • 6. Admonish one another – Rom 15:14
  • 7. Serve one another – Gal. 1:3
  • 8. Forbear one another – Eph. 4:2
  • 9. Forgive one another – Eph. 4:32
  • 10. Edify one another – I Ths. 5:11
  • 11. Consider one another – Heb. 10:24
  • 12. Exort one another – Heb. 3;13
  • 13. Care for one another – I Cor. 12:25
  • 14. Comfort one another – I Ths. 4:18

As someone has said, “You’re going to live forever with God’s people, so you may as well learn to get along with them!” I have learned that I can get along with anyone whom I WANT to get along with.
