Losing A Friend Today –


I have to admit that this may be ALL of my fault – admitting it does make the pain a tad bit more bearable…..

I really thought that this thing would be good to me and stay my BEST FRIEND… but things have changed between us and I do not know what to do!! I was in LOVE with ” MR. SCALE” …. he was the PERFECT boyfriend.. told me and showed me all the things I wanted….

Eventually he started changing on me….  So either I have to get rid of HIM or change a few of MY own habits…….

We have been through this battle before and this fight isn’t as bad as they used to be, so maybe there is HOPE..

Blessed Quietness –
 
When was the last time you experience quietness? We spend life always rushing everywhere we go. People love to multi-task try just doing one thing at a time. The next time you’re eating just eat don’t do anything else.
 
today…..Try going home without putting on a computer, t.v. or any other device. Spend an hour just listening to Blessed Quietness. We are living so fast and always thinking about another day.
 
We can’t enjoy this day. Don’t borrow trouble from another day! Just be thankful for today! Now if you can practice this for TODAY, then you can continue to make it habitual in your daily living –  Can you do it? >>  Re structuring

Rise and shine and promptly giving God the glory I am!!! I have been slacking a tad bit via my eating regimen so therefore. ……I must get back to my rigid and very untraditional weight loss plan… (s) 

My Champion Breakfast includes:

Hot Cocoa
Vitamin Water
Fresh Garden Salad
Toasted Bagel with Onion and Garlic Spread

Trying to keep this weight off / down and effectively REMOVE this last 20 pounds!!!!!!

He does not even know it yet but..he is getting up in another 30 minutes!!! ( Mommies lil man )

Helping Self...

Up Early –


Whew….. I go to the gym ONLY 3 days a week and I am DESPERATELY trying to do better so I can become better…..feel better and MOST IMPORTANTLY – look better! LOL Nonetheless, this getting up super early is not blessing me right now because I am about to go for a run –

pray my strength in The Lord….. Im so serious – UGGHHH

I am praying that I dont need a stretcher….  because running outside IS VERY DIFFERENT than running on a treadmill in a gym or your home!

Did he REALLY want me to pull over for a box of these????? They have 10 grams of protein though! BUT SO WHAT!!!! Ugghhh….  Talking about, Mom….I need some more energy! Boy what you know about energy!!!  Yes, they are good too!

LOL and I wonder with all of this new FOUND energy that he is THINKING that he needs – will this dip over into him keeping his clothes off of the floor in his room? Im just saying – that is a valid point that I am about to ask his butt now!!

My Baby’s Tastebuds….


I have to admit that some days his after school snacks are a break between healthy and unhealthy…… I hate to say unhealthy because he does have a variety of all of the food groups….. We are ALWAYS RIPPING AND RUNNING with his activities and cooking at home is ummmm….. like a 2 day a weekk thing! This boy has something to do EVERYDAY of the week literally…..

I do know that we are cutting out the bread…. well at least he can have bread twice a week but that is it…. He eats tons of fruit…. tons of Gatorade… tons of SPECIAL K Products and even a great deal of protein bars….. However, Wish I had the money to just build a chain of gyms for kids….I know that I would make a killing because at least 85 percent of kids in AMERICA is overweight – INCLUDING MINE!

Crazy thing is that he is in shape like he weighed like a skinny kid….

From martial arts…. he is alright… From soccer..he is alright… From baseball…he is alright… From basketball…he is alright..

I should have went ahead and signed him up for swimming – I know that would have SERIOUSLY helped us both shed some pounds….

Just even THINKING about putting this boy in another activity gives me a panic attack! LOL – It is just plumb exhausting and in a minute… His part time nanny will become his mother because I am tired!

It isnt too late but who wants to pay $300.00 for yet ANOTHER ACTIVITY! I already have to buy another instrument for this kid….. I tell him that he costs too much and needs to get a job… His reply is mom I did ask you to work but you said that I am too youn! UGGHH….. ” HUSH IT BOY ”

It’s Mental


Your mental health is very important. You will not have a healthy body  if you don’t also take care of your mind. People depend on you. It’s important  for you to take care of yourself so that you can do the important things in  life  —  whether it’s working, learning, taking care of your family,  volunteering, enjoying the outdoors, or whatever is important to you. ( etc…etc..etc..etc.. )

Good mental health helps you enjoy life and cope with problems. It  offers a feeling of well-being and inner strength. Just as you take care of  your body by eating right and exercising, you can do things to protect your  mental health. In fact, eating right and exercising can help support good  mental health. You don’t automatically have good mental health just because you don’t have mental health illness. You have to work to keep your mind healthy.

Remember to always make time  for you. It’s important to care for yourself. Think of this as an  order from your doctor, so you don’t feel guilty! No matter how busy you are,  you can try to set aside at least 15 minutes each day in your schedule to do  something for yourself, like taking a bubble bath, going for a walk, or calling  a friend.  Being a WOMAN means that we are ALL wearing multiple hats whether by CHOICE or not….. we are wearing them. So why not do our best in taking care / better care of ourselves.. It really indeed all starts mentally because if the mind goes, then so will everything else!
