My Son’s PERSONAL Observation –

image

Okay – my son knows about politics and the things that occur in the world via CNN, the regular news stations and the things that I discuss with him – It is going on 9 pm and I am fussing at him in regards to getting himself together for school and he is ironing his clothes while chatting with me all at the same time……

Then from out of no where – he says mom remember every time there is a new POPE for the Catholic Church it is all over the news for days and it takes over the programs on television. I said yes, he said isn’t the POPE in another country and again, I answered yes.

Yall ready for this 11 year old’s child DISCOVERY!!  >>>> His next statement / question to me was this…..

Well mom, I don’t get that President Nelson Mandela died and he did so much for blacks and whites, was in jail and forgave the people for being mean to him then ran for president right? AGAIN … I said yes baby – He states, why didnt the media cover Nelson Mandela’s funeral on most of all the news channels like they do when they vote for a new POPE or when PEOPLE FROM ENGLAND GET MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!

Okay y’all, that was enough for me right there!! Whew – my son is indeed amazing! I taught him good and God surely is molding his little mind for such a time as this!

God Bless and Good Night!!

5 Minute Random –

image

Don’t hate, get upset, disgruntled or walk away from God because of the troubles you face everyday …..Leaving CHRIST should be the VERY last thing on your mind – Trouble don’t last always – even when it FEELS like it – I feel it too!

However, the Bible said that you will have troubles , but your Heavenly and lovely Father Jesus promised that He will never leave you lost in them . He is with you . Believe that God is faithful , and if you lost something , HE WILL GIVE YOU SOMETHING BETTER . I can say this with every part of me because I lost not many but dear things to me , and God didn’t betray me . I gained the double ..

Why are you too sad ?The Lord said ” I will repay you” in His Bible . He also said that whatever comes out from His mouth must be done . Believe in Him and put all your trust in Him because He is not like the people you meet , who say ”will do” but never do .

This is a time for your trials and tribulations NOT to become in vain..

God bless you!!!!

Expect your child to mess up — all children do. And don’t get so upset when they mess up, when they don’t do what they’re “supposed” to do … because they’re supposed to mess up.

Expect your partner to be less than perfect.

Expect your friend to not show up sometimes or be irritating late.

Expect things to go not according to plan because most things do not.

Expect people to be rude sometimes because a great deal of them are.

Expect coworkers not to come through sometimes more than usual.

Expect teenagers  not to wash their dishes or pick up their clothes, sometimes because most teenagers do not.

Expect the glass to break.

And accept it.

You won’t change these inevitable facts — they will happen, eventually. And if you expect it to happen — even see it as already happening, before it happens — you won’t get so upset.

You won’t overreact. You’ll respond appropriately, but not overreact. You can talk to the person about their behavior, and ask them kindly to consider your feelings when they do this … but you won’t get overly emotional and blow things out of proportion.

Ummm….Yeah!

My God shall supply all of our needs even when a man is foolish and devours what he has. We always want things but we must learn to be content with what we have before God can trust us with the bigger things in life.

The problem is not having nice things though, the problem is when those nice things have us. So be a good farmer and don’t eat your seed meant for your harvest. Remember If it is not your season then don’t get out of your timing, listen to the Spirit of God and His principles and stop trying to be like the Jones when you don’t even know them!.

One thing for sure is If you make enough errors in God, you’ll learn. But If we’re going to be blessed in our homes we must be rich toward the house of God. In closing the quickest way to be cursed is to not pay your tithes.

When you don’t pay your tithes it’s the same as riding in a stolen car cause you didn’t pay for that blessing. Have some accountability! (LOL -amen shdonna)

Ugghh! Here is The “F- Word” Again……

Learning to forgive implies that forgiveness is a learned process, not an automatic response. Our sinful nature (our flesh) has a high resistance to laying offenses aside. It prefers to take on an offense and use the energy that the offense brings with it, in every negative way. Every part of our un-renewed mind, our carnal mind, has a preference to take on an offense and a propensity to hold grudges, and seek its own sense of justice. Within the carnal mind, retaliation is most often not an option, but rather it’s a driving force, it has to get even! Our flesh, unrenewed, unbridled, lacking illumination and understanding, prefers to be judge, jury, and executioner of the offender even when that offender is our own self.

Yeah……………….I have to forgive TWO PEOPLE and I am trying to QUICKLY….. uuughhhh I am upset though like on DEFCON 5!!! LOL

Learning to forgive can only be fully achieved after we have accepted Christ as our Lord and Savior, otherwise we are simply acting according to our flesh. While we can learn to “forgive and forget” on a carnal level, as a good deed, but true forgiveness comes from the Spirit of Christ within us. Until our mind is renewed, until we are enlightened by His Holy Spirit, there remains a resistance, an enmity between us and God that will govern our every decision (Romans 12:2, Titus 3:3-5).

So even with the KNOWLEDGE of WHY I should forgive…. I AM STILL HUMAN and I get “tempted: ……..LIKE NOW….to hold onto negative feelings that someone else has bestowed upon me but I must……MUST release it…and them to Christ with that “F – WORD”……….. ( forgive )

Uggghhhhhh………….. pray for me!! I am sooo serious!
